It was truly an honor for Oz’mosis to have his nephew rapper 10 Grand on #VoPP (The Voice of Passion Podcast) Episode 7. The joy on both faces say how much the two enjoyed talking to each other. Notably, Oz’mosis opens the episode with laughs and asks ” why do I feel oldest (bleep) sitting next to you dawg?” They both laughed as 10 tries to convince Unc he is forever young. “Nigga what you’re talking about? You still have the sauce. You’re still having drip”, he confidently says while laughing.
Rapper 10 Grand Conversation with Oz’mosis
This conversation felt more like two old friends that are catching up, reflecting on good times, and laughing about the bad times. To say the least, the rapper was comfortable to share his story — a young rapper who rose to success quick. His buzz died quicker than expected would lead him to depression to the point he lost confidence and started to doubt himself. Nevertheless, knowing quitting was not an option for him, 10 Grand snapped out of that funk and started focusing on making classics.
His second project, NOTO (NOT OVER TILL IT’S OVER, sums up how the rapper 10 Grand is not a quitter. He poured all his emotions on that album, which represents his “coming of age” album. The album he found himself and became a bigger fun of himself. NATO has “an emotional type vibe”, says 10 Grand. Additionally, the rapper got deep when he talks about his mom, whom he credits the most of his story. “Something that supper important to my story is my mom”, he declares talking about In My Momah’s Purse in NOTO. “My mom has been there good and bad. And the majority of it have been bad”, he adds as he talks about how that heartfelt song came about.
10 Grand also talks about his first official album Concrete Rose, this upcoming election and how he feels about the candidates. Enjoy the episode, please subscribe to our Youtube channel, and follow us on social media.
